autorun.inf:

OPEN=自動起動するプログラムファイル名

*この仕組みで起動できるのはプログラム(exe)のみ。

html を開くには、フリーソフト 「ShellExec.exe」あたりを併用します。

OPEN=ShellExec.exe index.html

と記述したうえで、html ファイルとともに ShellExec.exe もCDに保存。
